Which one you need

Inlay or onlay depends on how much tooth is left.

Smaller cavities

Inlays

For smaller cavities on the biting surfaces of the tooth, made to measure and bonded permanently in place.

Larger areas

Onlays

For larger areas of damage that extend beyond the biting surface, restoring the tooth's strength and shape.

CEREC same-visit restorations

Advanced CAD/CAM technology enables same-visit porcelain restorations, reducing the number of appointments.

The material

A natural look, made to measure.

Historically gold was used for these restorations; today tooth-coloured porcelain is also used and gives the restored tooth a more natural look.

The restoration is fabricated from impressions of your teeth, with a temporary filling placed while it is produced, then permanently bonded in place when ready.
