Reopening Our London Dental Clinic: Our Health & Safety Precautions

During these challenging few months, we have been able to offer virtual e-consultations, prescriptions and over the phone advice.  In light of COVID-19, we have made it our number one priority to reduce any physical contact between administration and patients to protect the safety of all patients and our members of staff. Stringent measures have been put in place to prevent sustained transmission of COVID-19.

Our main aim is to guarantee the safety of our patients and staff and whilst it was previously announced that non-urgent dental care would be unavailable in England until further notice, we are regularly monitoring updates from the UK Government. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by Hermes Dental Practice being closed, however, the safety of our patients and staff, as well as the guidance from Government, must be prioritised.

We are pleased to inform you that we will be reopening on 8/6/2020 taking on both new and existing patients for emergency dental care. We look forward to welcoming you all back to our clinic for routine dental work and continuation of general care by the end of the month

Health & Safety Precautions

Upon our reopening to all patients, you must let us know if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms before attending your appointment, which can include a continuous cough, high temperature and commonly a loss of taste or smell. When you do attend, try to attend by yourself at your appointment time to ensure social distancing can be maintained

Please rest assured that our cross infection, sterilization procedure and PPE use is in full effect and  has been updated in line with the latest government guidance.

If you do require dental treatment, please use our free online E-Consultation form where you will be able to receive a consultation without the need to visit our clinic. For the foreseeable future, we will be offering FREE orthodontic e-consultations to all customers. This will consist of a 20-minute phone call, giving advice and recommendations where possible.
